He documented everything that needs repaired/replaced ! I almost forgot about Cheri and how much she really cared about my needs ! I called on Friday and she was extremely busy with an emergency situation that came up and she didn’t forget about my needs and she made sure to reach out to me as soon as she could! Young lady that answered to phone was polite I told her the problems i was having with my central unit she told me she would get someone here after hours if necessary to fix it.
