Experienced HVAC Service Technician
Hiring immediately • Competitive hourly pay based on ability and experience
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential, light commercial or marine HVAC systems independently.
- 1–2 years of field experience preferred; proven ability and quality workmanship matter most.
- Communicate clearly with customers and document recommended repairs.
- EPA Section 608 certification required, or must be obtained promptly before performing independent refrigerant work.
- Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for company vehicle insurance compliance.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Experienced Lead HVAC Installer
Hiring immediately • Competitive hourly pay based on ability and experience
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems independently from start to finish.
- Lead the crew while maintaining quality, safety and a clean jobsite.
- 1–2 years of installation experience preferred; proven ability matters most.
- Complete equipment startup, testing and final quality checks.
- EPA Section 608 certification required, or must be obtained promptly before independent refrigerant work.
- Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and clean record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
